Return and Exchange Policy:
At ASIDE Fitness, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:
Returns: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll process your refund promptly.
Exchanges: For exchanges due to size or colour preferences, we've got you covered. We'll handle the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you're happy with your choice.
To start a return or exchange, email sales@asidefitness.com with the details of your recent order and we'll get the ball rolling right away! Our team is ready to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
