1. How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
2. I have not received my order, where is it?
ASIDE FITNESS is ran by a small team and our shipping days are Monday - Saturday. All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Once your receive your tracking number, please allow a few hours for it to update.
3. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
It can take our customer service representatives up to 1-2 business days to respond to inquiries.
4. Is ASIDE FITNESS clothing true to size?
We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure you can check the size guide on each product page.
5. What Payment methods does ASIDE FITNESS accept?
Our checkout is managed by Shopify and Paypal. We also accept all major credit and debit cards.
